My rates outlined below will apply to most projects. For more complex ones, we can find a solution to suit your needs. I’m based out of the Sacramento area, but willing to travel. Use my contact form to get in touch! After we chat you’ll get an estimate that we’ll both agree to before work even begins. If lodging and significant amounts of travel are required for your project then we’ll include that in the estimate.

If you’re unsure about budget constraints I encourage you to reach out anyway. I can offer discounts to smaller creators.

  • Videography Rates

    Video packages are billed at an hourly rate for filming sessions and a per-finished-minute rate for edited content. Providing your own footage? Not a problem. Need extra coverage for your shoot but have your own editor? I’d be glad to fill in.

    My hourly rate is $50/h while on site. This includes me and my equipment. Edited content is billed at a per-finished-minute rate. $500 for the first minute and $250 for every minute after.

    This figure is rounded up from the half minute mark. This means a 1:29 minute long video is only $500, while a 1:30 minute long video is billed for $750.

  • Photography Rates

    I bill hourly for photo centric projects. $50/h will cover me and my gear on site. Once the shoot is finished, another variable fee will cover the final exports and their hosting/delivery to you online. This is determined primarily by how many files need to be retouched and hosted.

    The raw images/video will be available to you for an additional fee as well. This is primarily used to cover shipping and the storage device delivered to you. Fees are usually lower for shorter shoots.

    After the event ends, hosting the files for you on Google Drive for at least 90 days is included for no additional cost.

  • Audio Projects

    I usually bill audio projects per finished minute of music, or by the hour when running sound on a set. But there are a lot of variables to consider for any audio project.

    Do you need exclusive rights to the audio when the project is done? Any custom audio needed for a game or video will likely require a decent amount of studio time. These variables and many more can affect the cost.

  • Social Media

    If you’re trying to generate more buzz online then I can help. This kind of work is usually re-occurring and multifaceted, so I typically charge a fixed monthly rate for this service.

    Things that can affect the monthly rate include how often you need filming sessions to keep your content fresh with new images/video. How frequently you’d like posts to appear. Or how many social media platforms you need to have managed at the same time.
